Part Time (2days) open position at our Central/Belmont Cragin Location 2955 N Central Ave. Chicago IL 60634.

Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution
- State dental license and malpractice insurance
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Illinois
